Both of these plays are original adaptations of beloved children’s books: Plum Pudding for Christmas by Virginia Kahl and Herschel and the Hanukkah Goblins by Eric A. Kimmel. Plum Pudding is looking for a dozen young girls who enjoy singing and dancing, ages 5 through 16, and Herschel needs a few young men, ages 16 through 26. Production dates are December 18 & 19, 2015.
Expect cold readings from a provided script; dress comfortably and be prepared to move. Although auditions, by their very nature, require that performances and their suitability to any individual role be judged, we won’t judge YOU (except maybe to tell you how awesome you are). You’ll find that the people here are very warm and welcoming, and happy to read with you, whether it’s your first time on stage or your thousandth.
