Benefit Night

The first Thursday evening performance of each show is often, but not always, designated as 'benefit night'. The following performance (Friday night) is opening night when the previous Thursday was a benefit night. On occasion, there may be more than one benefit night.

Benefit night is an opportunity for non profit organizations to earn money for their organizations. For each ticket sold (80 tickets maximum), at a price to be determined by the organization, $7 will go to ART and the remainder will go to the organization. The organization has the option to host a reception at the theatre after the benefit performance.

Some examples of organizations we have done benefit performances for include: Gainesville Area Aids Project, Matheson Historical Center, St. Francis House, etc.

If your organization is interested in collaborating with ART for a benefit night please contact Kevin Mack classact@gru.net or Casey Stern uwpcaseyd93@yahoo.com
