Where the heck are you?
The Acrosstown Repertory Theatre is located at 619 South Main Street, in the Baird Hardware Center, which is surrounded by a large white wall; Akira Wood and Heartwood Soundstage are also in this complex. There are two entrances on South Main Street– one just north of the Depot Avenue Circle, and one just north of that one. All roads lead to Rome the Acrosstown, but the entrance further north is the more direct route. There is parking inside 🙂
Will my tickets be mailed to me?
No, your tickets will be held at the entrance to the facility.
Where are my seats located?
The Acrosstown is a general-seating theatre– our seats have no numbers, so seating is first come, first served.
What time should I pick up my tickets?
Our box office opens about thirty minutes before showtime.
Do you have regular box office hours?
We are entirely volunteer-run, so no, we don’t have regular hours, but if you email us at info@acrosstown.org or phone us at 352-BE-IN-ART (352-234-6278), one of our glorious volunteers will get back to you to answer your questions just as soon as they can!
Are you handicapped accessible?
We sure are! There is a ramp leading to our front door, and our rest rooms and emergency exits are all on the same level. There is also companion seating available.
Do you have hearing assistance?
Unfortunately, no. Our space is very intimate, and our actors are unmicrophoned, so we are currently unable to provide hearing assistance. We are working on a solution, though!
