World Premiere

All’s Fair
Written by Sloane Henry, Directed by Jennifer Hutton

March 15 – 25, 2018

The Acrosstown is pleased to be fulfilling its mission to help develop and bring the best new Gainesville plays to fruition (and to our audiences!)!

In Gainesville’s newest play, written by Sloane Henry and developed at last year’s Gainesville Homegrown Local Playwrights’ Showcase, we meet a couple, each in love with opposite members of their closest couple-friends, who hatch an Art-of-War-styled plan to break up the other couple to further their own romantic interests – until greater forces intervene. Funny, dark and poignant, All’s Fair navigates the labyrinth of contemporary romance in a whole new way, exploring love, partnership, and the consequence of choice in the modern age.

Stick around for a complementary postmission (after-show) beverage, and meet our director, cast and crew!

Don’t miss All’s Fair, March 15 – 25, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm, and Sundays at 2:00 pm at the Acrosstown Repertory Theater (619 South Main Street, Gainesville, FL, 32601, in the historic Baird Center across from Heartwood Soundstage and next door to Akira Wood).

There will also be a $5 preview performance on Wednesday, March 14, cash-only at the door.

Purchase your tickets using a credit card or PayPal today: Tickets are $15 for the general public with a discount for seniors, students, veterans and active military and may be purchased below. A limited number of tickets are also available at the door thirty minutes before showtime.
