The lobby opens 30 minutes prior to showtime. There is no late seating.

Due to the potential for disruption to other patrons, children under the age of four are prohibited; please see individual show descriptions for children aged 5-18 as some productions may be age inappropriate.

There are no refunds - all sales are final. For exchanges, contact info@acrosstown.org at least 48 hours before showtime. Exchanges for the same production are not guaranteed. Last minute exchange requests or arriving late may result in your tickets being forfeited.
