Frequently Asked Questions
When does the theatre open?
Our lobby and box office opens 30 minutes before showtime. You are welcome to show up earlier than that, but our doors will not be open until 30 minutes before showtime.
Do you have assigned seating?
No, our theatre is general admission. To ensure your party is able to be seated together, please try to arrive at the theatre 30 minutes before showtime.
I have an accessibility issue. How can you accommodate?
We would be more than happy to work with you to see or attend one of our shows. To help us provide you with the best possible accommodations in advance, please contact info@acrosstown.org to provide more information regarding your needs for the event/show.
Iām running late! Can I still see the show?
The Acrosstown does not guarantee late seating. If you do not arrive at the theatre by showtime, your tickets may be forfeited.
Do you offer any group discounts?
Yes, for groups of 8 or more for a single event. Contact info@acrosstown.org for a board member to assist at this time.
Do you offer any ticket returns or exchanges?
We do not refund tickets for any event. If you would like to exchange your tickets for another show or different date/time, contact info@acrosstown.org for a board member to assist. All exchanges must be requested at least 48 hours before showtime. Exchanges for the same production are not guaranteed.
Can I bring my small child to a performance?
Due to the potential for disruption to other patrons, children under the age of four are prohibited; please see individual show descriptions for children aged 5-18 as some productions may be age inappropriate.
